Melinda opened her first landscaping company in 2012, called Huber’s Lawn/Landscaping. This was after years of performing landscaping for friends, family, and a few of her neighbors.

Since 2012, the company has gone through a few changes, especially the name. Huber’s Lawn/Landscaping was renamed 4 in 1 Property Services LLC in 2020, as the company performed a wide range of services including landscaping, soft washing & pressure washing services, to a large number of commercial & residential clients at this point.

This brings us to 2023, when Melinda has reduced the number of services 4 in 1 Property Services LLC provides, to focus on quality instead of quantity.

While still providing service to commercial and residential clients, these services now focus on Soft Washing, Pressure Washing, and, of course, Commercial Snow and ice Management during the winter months. 

Also in 2023 Melinda, and her company 4 in 1 Property Services LLC started to get more involved with animal rescues. 

Melinda has always helped rescues, by donating time, food, blankets, money, etc. when she could. 

Now she is taking $25 dollars of every soft wash & pressure washing job, and donating it to local rescues. Melinda is calling it Washing for Rescues. 

The best part about this is it cost the client nothing extra, it's being taken right out of the company's profits.
